Simple to use, and I like the e-mailing feature. But it should interface with my Contacts so I don't have to remember e-mail addresses. Also, I'd like a field for the patient's call-back number.

I thought it would interface with the phone call like my other phone did. Like add the name number and time of the call for you wile you where on the phone and all you need to do it enter your note and save it. I found it easer to just use the notes that came with the phone.

Waste of money!! This app does nothing more than take up more of the time you didn't have which is why you were looking for an app like this in the first place! Does not auto fill any information for you. You must input all the information just like you would in your address book. Pencils $1.00 Paper $1.00 The time it would take you to use this app......... Worthless FYI I had to pick at least one star to submit this review or they wouldn't have even gotten that!

I was very disappointed. I want my money back. I will spend some time writing a better application. The other reviews are right. No autofill, no integration with the address book.

I'm on the road all day and needed an app to track my phone messages. This is the only app in the store to track voice messages. Although it's all I really need I can do with some additional features like adding a "Company" field instead of DOB & adding a check box on the main page to indicate if i've returned the call. I would also like to be able to back this up if possible. Thanks!

I want a refund. This ap is useless. It's nothing more than a template whereby you have to type in everything yourself. Not one field is autofilled. What a total waste of $5.

This app is useless! i want a refund. There is no autofill when the call comes in. you will have the write the info down and then enter into template. Wish i would have read reviews first!
