Keeps telling me to go to settings and enable it ,ok how many time do I need to do this because I already enable it please stop these apps out before they are tested and able to work

I also am getting the error to enable call blocker in settings even though I did this already. I have tried to uninstall. I'm using iPhone 5 iOS 10.1.1 Support please update with a fix.

I tried to get support without success. Same number "robo" and computer generated calls as before app. Wasted my money and time on this
