Use this, don’t pay for Kaplan!!

I took the CA salesperson exam on 5/24/18 and passed. I used a combination of this app, the study materials from the BRE website, and a book ordered from amazon. I did multiple custom exams everyday from the app and it turned out to be super helpful on the exam. The content on the app is very similar!!! Don’t waste your money paying $60 (?) dollars for the Kaplan quiz bank... this app is almost identical to the Kaplan questions. I did have to pay $20 I think, but it’s worth it!! Only con is sometimes the app freezes and gets laggy, but other than that it was great!

This app is a good add in leaning tool but please keep in mind it does not cover the full realm of possible questions on the CA Real Estate Exam. You’re going to need to study and take all the exams included in your RE course study. Having said that and using this app for the past 6 weeks, averaging 92% took the state exam and failed. That’s my fault and not the app.

Took my exam 4/17/18 I was very pleased to see that the questions are very similar, the topics are dead on, and the format exactly the same. My nervousness went away like 5 questions in because I had started to feel very prepared. I had a past metric of 83% and that was all I needed, I would recommend reading the real estate principles book and using this app.

Not even close to the actual exam. Studied with this app for month got high scores, took the exam and the questions were not even close to help prep!

I just failed me CA exam. The questions that are in this app or anything outside of this app wasn't even close to the questions on the exam. The questions are very tricky and requires a lot of studying, no way around it. This app is very good in the way it's made, options to use, info provided and very easy to use too. Great app on the go! I would buy again.
