Truth be told, I have been using the app for a few years and have appreciated it. Up until recently when I notice a notification Apple charge me $4.99. Ok my bad, I didn’t really check why and pass over it. Well a week later another and than a week later again $4.99. What the $%#y? So today I look into it and the $4.99 was for this calculator, EVERY WEEK. Seems when I updated my iPhone to OS 15.01, the next time I used this calculator a pop-up came up and asked if I wanted to reinstall previous purchases. Ok, sure, why not, as if I can remember years ago if I had any. Well, bang zoom, subscription add and $4.99 a week charged to use their calculator. Yeah yeah, I read a few reviews prior to writing this review to see if it was an issue and they’re saying the $4.99 gives you access to all our apps. I WASN’T LOOKING FOR YOUR OTHER APPS. Anyway, I really feel cheated, it’s not the money, I’ll survive. It’s the subscription for clicking on reinstall previous updates. Shady.

I asked my husband to put the same feee calculator on my Ipad air that I had on my old iPad. My husband found it when he searched “iPad air calculator free” in the ap store and sent me the download link where I saw that not only did it cost $5 something and change but then it was going to cost to keep a subscription.
