I wanted to get one of the kit things, but I couldn't press the "back" button. It pretty much froze. I reloaded the app. I went to make a cake pop, and I couldn't use the items! It said I didn't buy it. I tried re-buying it and it said that I already bought it and can get it for free. I still wasn't able to use it! I tried this a few times. I can't believe this app swallowed up my money! Fix this!!!!! I recommend no body buy anything on this app until this is fixed! NO ONE GET THIS APP EITHER! You can't delete old pops, and you ACCUALLY need FACEBOOK to even Have FUN on this terrible app. Out of all the bad apps, this one is the worst. And besides, it hasn't been updated for a couple of years!

I love this game, but don't get me wrong, it's actually the best game ever!! But Please Fresh Games, when I downloaded this game when I had an IPad 2, it worked great. Now with a newer iPad since I broke mine , it says Connection Error, Facebook error, BLAH BLAH, it doesn't work, and can u please fix this these? Plus the app crashes!! Come on FG! First of all: -fix your bugs -fix the Facebook sign in -and make it compatible with newer devices please!!! Thank u, Powderpuff Victoria

This a very great app and it is very fun, but it will not let me download pack and when ever I try I can not go back to the home page and if I restart it it forgets it downloaded it.

I love this game, but I got an iTunes card and I used some of the money to unlock all of the kits. I was excited at first then when it finished buying it, I couldn't go back! I kept pressing the back button but it wouldn't go anywhere. Then I exited the game, went back in, purchased it again (I didn't have to pay again because the purchase DID go through I just couldn't resume the game) and I still couldn't go back! I tried this more than 10 TIMES!!!!! Please fix this, I want all my kits!!!! ???

Paid $5.99 and it didn't unlock

We paid $5.99 to unlock the features for my daughter. The iTunes Store said the purchase was good but when we went back into the program nothing is unlocked. We tried reloading it it still didn't work. I went to the App Store to try to get the support tab and it won't let me go to their website. So the only way that I can complain is through here, perhaps somebody who created the app will answer this since their support link doesn't work.
