Not getting prizes

So frustrating- tonight was like the 4th time I should have earned the x3 gifts from friends but I have not been receiving this reward. Another time, the game froze when it was time for me to play the bonus in Neptune’s original game- which can take awhile to earn. Why are these rewards/bonuses not being honored? Teri O.

I just downloaded game after a while of not playing... Very disappointed that I cannot even play because it keeps jumping over to a "yeti" pet and there is no way to get out of it!!! I was supposed to have 100 spins (guess that was just a ruse to get me to download game) but, that could be easily overlooked if I could even play the slots.. instead, I keep getting pushed into this yeti and only have options to see rules and make a purchase ONLY... no way out except to restart game and then it automatically sends me right back to the same.. and NO... I am not making a purchase when I cant play the game

Games are NOT giving the awards when they are won! Not counting all spins making more money to be spent, not counting the “Big Wins” and “Mega Wins” to achieve goals. This is not the first time I’ve caught this problem and reported it.

Standard slot game with a major draw-back, CONSTANT pop-ups offering mini-games and ads for buying more credits. These pop-ups distract and take away from the reason you play a game like this, which is to play slots. Between every spin you are hit with a barrage of pop-ups disguised as bonuses but are actually ads offering discounts on purchasing more credits/bonuses.
