I love this credit card because when I opened it then my Total Reward member can upgrade to the platinum. With this I can have the benefit of VIP. Service.

It was a good app to see our points and look for available offers but when I tried opening the app after the newest “upgrade” it just shuts down

It's good to have access to all the information, though sometimes it is counterintuitive to sort the offers in a way that would be easiest to plan a vacation.

Future Booking Difficult to Navigate

Why are the “forward” and “back” commands in the most indiscernible grey text at the bottom of the booking screen?!!! You lose your reservation if you use the traditional back arrow at the top left hand corner. Also, you can only see two months at a time when in the date selection area. This definitely needs to be updated. It’s frustrating to use.

What a frustrating app! Offers never load properly, have to sign out then sign in to see new offers. Then again, the offer codes never work in the app anyways... When trying to book rooms please make the ‘Back’ button actually work! Having to start completely over after looking at a specific room and wanting to return to the Select a Room page is ridiculous. The new iPhone X layout is worse than leaving it with the standard layout.
