I ve been trying to book rooms and every time I try to complete my reservation it’s won’t take it any further. On top of that I ve tried to reach customer service. 3-4 days later I m still waiting. Disappointed

One of the worst apps I've ever had the misfortune to download. But, then, it is Caesars. So at least there's an appalling consistency.
What a waste of memory. Are they going to update anything that us employees can actually use?!?
This app was promoted so heavenly last year, I figured it was a good app. I downloaded it in April 2016 and I haven't seen any updates since data was initially loaded. Very disappointed. It has the potential to be a great app if it was continually updated (in real time) and on a regular basis. I see that there are "newer" versions to this app but it has never prompted me (like most apps do) to download the most current one. I'm hoping this app will be updated so that we can continue to use it as intended. As it stands now, all information is outdated and unreliable.
This ap is frustrating! I keep trying to open the total rewards link and nothing happens! I’ve tried to open other links and it just closes on me or nothing happens. Two thumbs down!!!!
