Misleading description: No obvious way to create a CAD drawing

I bought this app to create basic mechanical drawings, but there's no obvious way to do this--even though the App Store description suggests this is possible. If it's just a CAD drawing viewer with update capabilities, the description should clearly state this. If you want to create mechanical drawings do not buy this app!

You could create a new drawing. Life is now on mobile devices not just the PC.

This app is a great tool and very helpful, but there are always ways to improve. For example, you could add a snap function for circles. There's a center snap, but it could be helpful to have some on the radius. Also, grouping would be nice. The box drag works, but sometimes I need specific items making a part and have to group them individually. If there was a group setting that allowed me to group things into one item, I could click one piece and use the whole thing. There should also be an edit tool to edit items already drawn. Its sometimes frustrating having to redraw things rather than just fix them. Lastly, the app constantly crashes. I don't know if its the app or just my device, but its very annoying. Just some ideas to help improve the app, but its been very great using it so far. I hope to see these in the next update, thanks.

Great viewer for dwg drawings

I needed to view a dwg drawing on my IPAD 3 running OIS7 and this program worked perfectly. I read reviews on other apps, and they had many problems. I like apps that work. This app works great on my system for viewing! I'm not sure what else it does, but it works for what I need!

Great app, but some struggles...

First let me say this is a very good app. It has nearly all basic creation, edit and other core functions of 2D and 3D CAD programs - quite rare in the tablet world considering hardware limitations. I've been using semi-regularly for a few weeks now and am focusing on a couple of topics: 1) Documentation, help, tutorials are very limited to non-existent, otherwise I would go 5-star. Some exist for other ZWSOFT products, but virtually zero for Touch app. 2) Functions like drawing layers are presented, but no way (that I can figure out) to control active layer. 3) Basic edit features exist, but missing essential "trim" function. So hopefully we will see more going forward. I'll try adding these comments to their forum to see what response may be offered. Again, great app - just missing the hubcaps...
