Can not access the app unless connected to the internet. Extremely slow loading. Can not scroll through a page. It wasn’t like this before. Going to lose business from me very soon if not fixed!

Not sure what's worse, the app functionality or the poor online retail experience (app or desktop). Can't find it in the store? You sure as hell aren't going to find it online.

Doesn’t seem to use ANY of the nice features of iPhones. No TouchID to log in (actually you have to keep logging in even if you don’t leave the app), no Wallet support for your rewards card, etc. Also doesn’t work right on an iPhone XS. I can’t enter my rewards card because the submit button is stuck below the bottom menu. Appears to basically be a glorified web browser that can use your location to send you notifications and try to get you in the store more often rather than a good App meant to save you time or help you shop from your phone. Basically, looks like someone just wanted to check off the app box on a big box store too so list.

Won’t load when I’m on my VPN. After signing out of my VPN put several things in cart and they never appeared. It keeps logging me out apparently so each time I’ve tried the same thing happens and I try to sign in again.

For such a great store and good products you would think that they would hire a developer who could create a functional app. Doesn’t work, too much to write here but I’ve encountered everything that the customers who entered one star reviews. From having to log on every time to not being able to hit a working back button. DEVELOPER! Are reading these reviews!? MANAGERS! I love shopping at Cabelas but not through this app. I’ve spent $ thousands through the catalog and at the store in Phoenix. But online shopping is taking over and I’m now ordering through a different outdoor store because their app works.

Needs much work, every time you log in and go to a different section it logs you out, also when I was logged in it shows I don’t have any points. I know I have &150.00 in points. It looks like it hasn’t been updated for about a year. Two stars is stretching it.

“We regularly update our app...”. Sure you do. As the apps last update is 1 year old. Incredibly bad app. Barley functions. I go to select a caliber for a rifle and can’t even select/see some of the calibers. Not sure which is worse, mobile app or web.
