I used this app to customize a gift card for a friend birthday, however, it never allowed me to submit my order, tried 4 different times using two different cards each time tell me there was an error with the order and my order is being cleared. All 4 times I was charged a $1.00 fee. Don’t recommend this app

App doesn’t open

I have iOS 13.3 and I just installed this app. I can’t open it because I get an error message that says “an error occurred while checking your current app version”, I press retry and get the same thing. This is very annoying since the website is also not working for me so I can’t check my balance.

I use this site for work and it’s great! Though I tried to purchase gift cards for the holidays on a personal account and all of them were canceled due to “possible fraud”. Not once or twice, FOUR TIMES! With all the effort I should have just gone in store and purchased all the GiftCards from a CVS or Walgreens. Never again.

This app is pointless. They say they “fixed” bugs, but when I try to retrieve my gift card nothing comes up. This app is terrible!!!!

I don’t know why this website even exists if all they do is cancel your orders. I tried 5 times to buy cards and every time it was cancelled. When you call them to see what happened it’s like they don’t even know what they’re talking about. Don’t waste your time

Took the time to set up an account pick out an e-gift card and go through the check out process just to get, sorry for any inconvenience but there was an error. So annoying and now deleting app.
