Doesn't work!

This ap only shows small pictures. When I tap on the camera icon or the video icon I either get bounced out of the ap altogether or I get a black screen. What a waste os $!

My daughter just finished a butterfly garden in her school. She loved this app and wants to now get her own butterfly garden. While she is not a good reader yet, the photos and videos helped her a lot.
The Sound is not working

This app is excellent at teaching the butterfly life cycle. My only problem is that the sound on the App is not working. I click on the read to me and the lines moves down the page but I can not hear it. I have checked the volume on my iPad. I did get sound to play on the video link. Every thing else is great!

This app is similar to the Plants HD app from the same developer. Photos and videos are a great addition. My daughter keeps watching the videos. If you have elementary or middle school kids, you should try this app.

This is an amazing app for teaching the life cycle of a butterfly. It has beautiful pictures and several excellent videos for each stage of the cycle. It also has the option to read it to you for younger kids. I love it!!!!!

This app is great! I like how it has a lifecycle puzzle at the beginning. It lets you arrange the life cycle in order. The app has information on each stage of the lifecycle. There are diagrams, photographs and movies of each part of the Butterfly’s lifecycle. It really helps you learn. I think people ages 5 and up should use this app. It helps you learn a lot about Butterflies. This app is awesome!

I like the app. It’s fun. You can learn from it. You see real photos of the chrysalis, caterpillar butterfly and the egg. One that caught my mind was the very colourful and detailed picture of a butterfly. It does help you learn. It’s very educational. There is a game and a pop quiz to see how much you know about the different stages of the butterfly. I would recommend this app because if you haven’t seen a real chrysalis you can see a real photo of one. Overall, this is a very good app.

Schools with iPad programs need to get this app. Fantastic learning experience. The app clearly explains how it fits into the curriculum and the questions and answers follow the Bloom's Taxonomy guidelines. If you have iPads in your class this app can be used in several different ways to help kids learn about a key life science topic. Kudos to the developers!
