I love butter but I can't get logged back in.

I've had butter for a really long time and I've made many friends on it. I love it. However I recently got a new phone and having problems logging in. I've tried sending many emails for password help and have received not one response. :( The forgot password link would never work either. :( I've not been on butter for almost a month now. :( Help me out support peeps?

They heavily censor posts and I'm not a fan of totalitarianism so this app is worthless. If you pay attention to the reviews it's clear most are fake. This app was once fun but it's user base is declining rapidly so responses are few and limited. This could be due in part to the extreme and biased censorship. There are far better social/photo sites than butter and won't promote them here but it is worth checking them out.
