Love it! Great workout length/variety/exercises. I use glute strengthening as a way to protect my arthritic lower back and these are perfect workouts for what I can do strength-wise (I also do plenty of cardio cross training) but these still get my heart rate up a bit.

I've used this app two days in a row hoping to stay on routine with it. I am using one of the beginner workouts. The video only takes 7 minutes of your day to complete. With alarm notifications scheduled when you need them it makes sticking with it much easier.
