Great game even with its issues

This game is really great, but it seems like there is always a malfunction error after every feature update. I really enjoy this game because I love to collect a variety of my favorite characters from this really amazing anime. I also love to play the story battles and collect the scene cards, while I am collecting other items that will allow me to level up in a variety of different ways. There is always something new to make the battles a little more interesting or challenging and it becomes even more enjoyable when leveling up the office, characters, and your own personal ranking. However, it would be nice if the issues or malfunction errors with the game would be resolved soon whenever the next update occurs. I now have two players accounts that I cannot access and have not been able to access after a feature update has occurred. I have tried all of the suggestions within the FAQ and even sent emails. One account stopped working after an update that occurred two months ago and the other one stopped working after this recent update. The fun never ends with this game and even thought there are some issues with the game, I hope to play it again soon.

Love the game but support hasn’t contacted me since I sent a message to them 2 weeks ago

I absolutely love this game but their support is terrible. I can’t get into my account and haven’t been able to in 2 weeks. I sent them a support message about it a day later after finding out I couldn’t get in and have heard nothing back. I refuse to start over on another device. If I can’t restore my original account, I will not continue playing this game as it took me months to get to the level I am at and the amount of characters I have.

Fun and simple

I have a lot of games on my phone and I occasionally take breaks and come back only to have the game be totally revamped and I don’t know what to do. Not this one. This game is fun, simple, and always being updated with great events and new content. I must admit I love the anime and manga so I am biased but I also very much enjoy being able to relive my favorite moments in this game.

I absolutely love this game, the graphics, characters, stories and different angles are very enjoyable! It’s a great game that you don’t feel obligated to spend money on. The only thing I would add is some way to get characters that aren’t available for scouting anymore. I hate being unable to fill out a codice and not having each character. It would be very interesting if we were able to trade with our friends or do an extra mini game to be able to access characters.

Fun but one downside...

I find this game to be awesome but one thing that really stuck out to me was the rates of getting an ssr (this may just be me being salty but,) I spent over 600 gem thingys on spawns and I didn’t get one ssr. And for some reason whenever I do get an ssr it’s a duplicate ;-; but other than that it’s an awesome game that I would 100% recommend

Good, but it’s hard to find Transfer ID and Password

I think that they make it a little hard to figure out your Transfer ID and Password, but that’s the only problem so far after days of playing.

This game is honestly amazing and so fun to play! You get to scout different characters and level up and there are different events and all sorts of fun things! I love the music too! However one morning the game wouldn’t load correctly so I decided to uninstall it and then reinstall it. I didn’t realize it wouldn’t remember me and I didn’t write down my ID or passcode. Thankfully my friend also plays the game and is friends with me on the game so she was able to send me my ID, however I still do not know the password and therefore cannot login. My ID is 749266870358 if you could please help me get my account back it would mean the world to me because I was kinda high up in the ranks. So pro tip is to screenshot your player ID when you get the opening title. It will have a little box on the bottom right corner that says ‘Data Transfer’. Hit that and then hit ‘Transfer via Player ID’. This will get you to a screen with your passcode and ID so if you ever log out you can log back in. Once again this game is totally worth playing and super fun! And if the developers could help me get my password it would mean everything! Thanks for reading this big mess and have fun!

After the upgrade of the game today, I am having trouble getting into the game, I was able to log into the app’s homepage but whenever I tried to get into the quest, scout or shop page the app would just immediately shutdown, please fix this issue.
