Crashes a lot, loyalties limited

The app either crashes or opens with a blank screen. The companies that participate seems to been reduced significantly. I read a number of reviews before trying the app, and most of the companies listed as participating in the articles were not available in the app. But, it is a great idea. If they can get the app to work reliably and significantly increase the companies in which you can ear stock I will try the app again.

If you want to quietly earn a little extra here and there, download this app. And I’m not an investing genius at all, but whenever I have a question their customer service people always answer quickly and succinctly - and never make me feel dumb. Bumped is honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had with an app and that’s saying a lot bc I have tried a TON of different apps. To Bumped’s CSRs: you guys really stand out from the crowd

The concept of this app is pure genius. I mean who doesn’t want to earn stock from the companies they shop from? I have been using this app for a few months and I have nothing but positive things to see. Excited to see where this app goes as it increases in popularity and can attract more brands! I have told everyone I know about Bumped.
Great way to begin investing

What’s not to like about getting stock at the places you already shop? It’s a no-brainer, and the app has partnered with a lot of businesses that are frequented by just about everyone (e.g. Amazon). I love the idea and get excited every time I earn a little bit more equity in a company, however small the amount, especially because it didn’t cost me anything.

Great concept but the app is absolute garbage. All it does is crash or force close constantly! It will not allow you to view your transaction history long enough to make sure you are getting credit for all your loyalty transactions! Until they fix the app it deserves a zero star rating!

As of today, the only downside in this app is the limited number of loyalties to choose from. Otherwise it is an amazing way to get cash back in the form of stock. One change I have made is only buying gas at Exxon or Mobil stations so I can get a little stock each fill up. Soon enough the dividend will help grow my account faster than the stock back from making the purchase!

I’ve had the app for 1 year now (just hit my anniversary), and I can’t say anything bad. For what it is, it’s as good as can be. Only thing I would say is I’m excited for more companies and categories to enter the program. Other than that, it works as expected as I get 1-5% of purchases in company stock automatically. I don’t have to do anything, and it has not missed on any purchases to date. Great job, keep it up, and I look forward to new additions.

Excellent idea and elegantly executed. Simple to use and an added benefit on top of loyalty cards and credit card points. Need this in the UK!
Can’t even link bank accounts

It was a good run, until I switched banks. Have been trying to link my bank accounts for days and all I get is some kind of server error or the app crashes on both iPhone and Android. Oh well. Was only able to use the app about 6 months before it became unusable and I only got $20 in that time because their list of merchants aren’t places I shop at much so not a real loss.
