Perfect Fit

As someone who used to go to the gym religiously this app is the perfect sidekick to help keep me motivated to get back in shape. Being able to track gains as well have scheduled workouts is priceless. I love seeing lifts that wouldn't normally do being suggested for me, while also having the option to swap it for a different lift if j don't like it.

This app picks exercises that targets the area that needs to most work. I can already see results in my chest and shoulders. This is much cheaper than hiring a personal trainer! Can't wait to see what updates bring to this app!

I've been using this app as a beta user and I cannot stress how useful it has been. I've gained nearly 20lbs of muscle mass following the customized workout plans. It helps keep me in check and on top my my health. There are a variety of workouts on here that I normally wouldn't know to do. This is the only app I could find to help me make gains and bulk up. Definitely recommend it.

I was skeptical at 1st with downloading this app, but I'm happy I did. Since I've had this app, I've gained 4% in muscles. The workouts are very in depth and challenging provided on this app. I'll def recommend this to anyone who is trying to gain in muscles while staying lean at the same time!

Meal, Recommended Reps, And Replacement Problems

I love this app's purpose! It has great workouts and tips! I love how it schedules and gives you recommended weight and reps, but I would do the recommended amount and it told me "You are not reaching the recommended reps, we'll work on it more next week" and I received a "F" for my workout! I'm working my a** off and I expect to atleast get a "D" Also, It's been months and I am STILL waiting on the meal part.. just saying. One more thing, when you try to replace a workout, the app glitches and just gives you a white page. Might wanna fix that

I really like this app I've had it for about a week now. But I don't have meal plans or grocery lists like it said it would and it's also VERY glitchy at times. Needs improvement.
