This isn't anything that anyone would call a builder, ask a 2 year old and he would say no.
False Advertising/Misleading Title

Do not buy this app if the title leads you to believe you can build something. If you were tricked by the title, complain to Apple and get a refund. The app consists of a few photos of weapons that make sounds when you click them, nothing more.
