Could only play once, can't play again

I downloaded this and loved it the one time I was actually able to play it. I tried playing again and it just says "Waiting..." (like it's trying to update). I tried restarting my iPhone and that didn't work. I tried deleting and reinstalling, and the app won't actually ever delete. It just stays on my screen and doesn't go away. Restarting the phone after that also does nothing. Go to the App Store and try to redownload, but the only option it gives me is to Open, which – you guessed it – does nothing.
SOLUTION: App doesn't work

I've tried deleting it, restarting my phone, redownloading it from the App Store - but NOTHING works. It just sits there labeled "Waiting". I found a way to remove the phantom app that won't play, open, or delete: Go to Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > Manage Storage > Build Your Palace > Delete App. Good riddance!

Played once, it was a fun memory game. Now it says Waiting on the icon. Can't Open, can't delete, can't update. Please fix this bug!

I have never been able to open this app. After I downloaded it it had an update available. The update never fully completed, and it has been "waiting" ever since. Now I cannot delete it. Very frustrating!

I have had the same problem others have had except I was never able to get to open to play once. If I tell it to open it gets stuck on waiting. It won't let me delete it either. I would love for someone to post a review how to get rid of it!!!!

Don't buy!!! The game was updating and stop and now the app is grayed out and show the word "Waiting." I wish Apple would tell the developer to fix this error. Don't buy
