I feel a little cheated because the affirmations that I was looking forward to don't happen until the very end of a silly story (and you can't fast forward or rewind). The difference between the free version and the pro is minimal, not worth the $3 bucks I spent. It's such a disappointment.

I have been battling with depression for years. I needed to find an app that would help boost my self-esteem, and this app is doing it. I do a combination of listening to the female narrative, and sometimes without. However, I always do the booster. I noticed a difference after a few days and my family has too. I went on to invest in the entire series of apps by this company. What a difference, and there is no comparison in my opinion. Give it a try! ??

The combination of binaural beats (the " hypnosis booster"), the choice of backgrounds, and the voice guide is a three-way win. The voice guide is meandering, but pleasant, and there are affirmations embedded in her narration that I find myself consciously repeating during the day, such as, "I am loved, loving, and loveable." Don't be turned off by the "hypnosis" label, if you're a skeptic. The techniques are consistent with cognitive behavioral therapy that I have received and the mental health research I have done on my own.

Wow! I am totally amazed. I just listened to this for the first time. Buy this - I considered buying app yesterday, but decided it was a bunch of crap. It's been in the back of my mind since; by noon today I decided to give it a try & bought the 10 pack just for kicks. Seriously? I have had 2 devastatingly bad endings to relationships in the last 3 years, and sunk into the deepest depression I have ever experienced in my life. Zero self esteem, generalized depression severe with anxiety disorder & meds for entire 3 years. I am not flakey, having served our nation in uniform as a high ranking officer and am a medical professional - but medicine seems not to have helped me one bit. This crazy good app has opened my eyes(no pun intended) & I actually feel sunnier and more peaceful without the heavy burden I have shouldered in near silence the last few years. A new perspective filled with hope is sooooooo worth a few bucks! Thank you - a Customer for life!

This app has helped me relax and believe in myself more . The booster helps the affirmations get in the lymbic system so that change can occur. So many people have sleep problems and this is helpful for relation but has the added bonus for those who struggle with self esteem issues

I listen first thing in the morning to set my mind in a positive state. who knows if it works! all I can say is that I don't seem to feel as concerned about the minutiae as I usually do. don't try to make sense of the story; let your mind wander just as it says. try it!
