No upgrade/no use for 6 months

It is unconscionable that it has been 6 months running that this developer has not upgraded its entire library of “Bugs and...” apps: 6 months since iOS 11 has been released. Cupcake Digital bought the original developers some time ago. I would complain to them via their web portal. All purchasers should request refunds via Apple en mass very soon if there is still no movement on this upgrade.

VERY UPSET HANDICAP SON!
My son LOVED this app so I purchased the bundle... it says that it works on this iPad.... it DOESN’T.... You NEED to update the app or I want my money back... I would prefer that you update it for IOS 11! Thank you!

As an educator this app has offered young students important skill practice in a fun and exciting format. I am disappointed that it is no longer available for them. I have not found any other app that offered the same engagement and individualized progression.

We’ve loved these apps but they are no longer supported. They need to be removed from the App Store.

There hasn’t been an update for this app in three years so it no longer works with current IOS. Boo!!! I think the developer is no longer in business which is why there have been no updates. I should be refunded for paying for an app package that no longer works.

We have paid for several of your apps and none work anymore since this iOS11 update. You take our money, so you should provide a working app. Please update or give us a refund. Australian consumer laws require a refund for a malfunctioning product. I will contact our fair trading department to see how I can get my money back if you won’t refund voluntarily.
