I have purchased points in good faith , then you stop winning and even the bonus wheel isn’t nice anymore. They figure that you will spend again and again. My wife plays for free and wins all the time and has won the 6 Billion on the Wheel twice. Don’t spend on points with this company, they don’t appreciate it ! They penalize you for it !!!!

I want to give this game a 5 star because I love it, you Might say I am addicted!!!! I have played this game for along time and accumulated a lot of coins. Last week, I put it in auto play and it bet all my coins in 3 spends without my knowing it!! I have tried the chat feature, no one ever responded! I have sent an email every day, all I got back was a form letter, we will get back to you! They never did! I really feel cheated! They claim to want to hear from us, really, I don’t think so! At the end of the form letter, it is signed by someone named Sarah, probably not a real person. So disappointed, I really loved the game, spent a lot to play, big mistake, big mistake!!!! WELL, I AM BACK AGAIN!!!!, broken-hearted! I have been playing this game for a long, long time! I lost all my coins and did not have any money to buy anymore. I am a 73-year-old handicapped Senior citizen and I have spent so much money on this game that my caregiver took away my credit card! Well, I went to the game every morning to collect the free coins and one day I got lucky.. I played and Built up a nice amount of coins and then the game took 625 billion I had won, I sent a message to customer service and no response, but I still have a little bit to play with and I continued to play. Again, I played and I played and finally I had accumulated 1.25 trillion coins. Guess what the game took that away from me too, now we’re at 1.85 trillion the game took or should I say stole! With the little bit that I had left and with a lot of patience, I continue to play, day after day after day. Can you believe I had accumulated 8.6 trillion, yes trillion coins and do you know What happened, you guessed it! The game took 6.5 trillion, yes trillion coins from me!!!!!! I’ve sent 17 messages with NO response!! I sent a detailed email to the customer service email, like they said “contact us for help”,I got No response and no help!!! I know they have a means to track my play, and to see what I say is correct and they can give me my coins back!!! I only ask for what is fair and that is to return my coins!!!!!

This WAS a really fun slot. I would win and have plenty of fun time to play, always decent winning and staying ahead, then the first time I paid the game completely changed and I was losing very fast and the game constantly offering me to buy coins. I did this a few times but then realized since I paid for coins I hardly won again. Even the daily bonus coins were the smallest on the spin wheel. Very disappointed as in the beginning I really liked this app only to come to the conclusion that once you pay you will always have to pay to enjoy this slot game. No more of my money will go to this game, there are too many out there to pay so often. Sorry, a good app ruined by greed. P.S. All the years I have had apps, this is my first bad review.
