Subscribed but app not working

I was charged for 6 months subscription but the app is not working somehow and there is no way to get help. Tried uninstalling and reinstalled but still saying my subscription is expired.

Can’t use app without signing up

You will not be able to play any games without signing up for their 7-day free trial. Most apps will let you have some access to their platform before purchasing the full app, NOT THIS APP. Very disappointing!

This game is a disappointment because this game made me wait for about 30min to let me inside the game When I got in the game I tapped on the games and it didn’t let me when I saw this game it’s a total waste of time!
