Sadly when my daughter wants to do her real live hero quest I can not log on the parents portal , therefore game is worthless , really sad as I really liked the idea of it

This worked for one day. After that, it won't let me log in. It keeps saying "incorrect credentials", but won't send me a new password. I've tried re-signing up, but with no luck.
Parent Portal Breakdown

After the initial game play, which my sons both enjoyed, the parent portal failed. So now they can only play the clean up challenge, and are already bored. I looked forward to a faith based app that could teach them while entertaining, but I will have to look elsewhere. Please update your app!
