Please fix the crashing issue

For a week now the game crashes or freezes when trying to open it. I have reset my phone and the game.

App crashes after 15 Nov update. Tried to contact King. Sent me pat response not related to the problem I described. I can see how much they care. Game was good, though not as good a Bubble Witch 3. If they can’t or won’t resolve, off it comes from my devices. No more money for you!! 4 stars for game. 0 stars for customer service.

Can’t get into the app

I can’t get into the app because it skips and doesn’t do anything please fix it immediately I want to play thanks that’s why I rate it a 2 and when I double tap the home button it shows up the level I want to play please fix ?

I think my BubbleWitch2 playing days are over. They just doubled the price to buy bubbles. Too bad, it’s a really fun and addictive game, but enough is enough.

I Love this game. I play it not stop when I have a chance. I am on level 50 now but some of the levels are really hard. I wish they were a little easier and if they would let you keep what you make in gold instead of having to buy it. That’s just stupid but other than that it’s amazing

My grandsons and I enjoy the game. One glitch popped up today. For a “clear to the top” rank, I was given 3 bubbles. I closed the app for a while, when I opened it I still had 3 bubbles. I turned off my iPad for a while—still 3 bubbles. I finally deleted the app, waited a while and pulled it from the cloud. Voila! My bubble bank was restored.
