Very poor communication and customer service

This is a fun game with a good idea behind it, but Skillz has been awful at communicating. I have several open support tickets that have been for days or weeks. On top of that, I’ve been suspended with absolutely no explanation! Very frustrated and disappointed.

This game is a scam. Win something real and they suspend your account without a message why and they won’t respond to you and your win is automatically forfeited.

So sad to give them a two, because the game is a 5! I’ve been a loyal paying customer, and they have always had incredible customer service up until now. DO NOT get suckered into bonus deposits. Mine was deposit 50$ and get 10$ limited time offer. They never gave me the 10$. I sent about 6 messages and no one will return them. They communicate great with compliments and if there is a glitch in your game, so I know they get the messages. One person asked me to send some addition info, which I did and then not another one would respond. So disappointed so BUYER BEWARE. I’m done with them once I use my credits this time.

For some reason every time I open the app now it says “failed to preform the requested action

The app is totally addicting when it works but I’ve now deleted and redownloaded it twice because it wouldn’t open for me. Every time I try to open the app it it gives me a message that says “Failed to Perform the Requested Action”. This has been super frustrating because I now have money on my account and I can’t access it because the app won’t open. If I didn’t have these issues I’d give a five star rating but until the issue is resolved I wouldn’t recommend downloading this app.
