Not worth it

Doesn't open and when it does it freezes and then crashes. Turned my device off, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, no changes. How do I get a refund?

Definitely not worth $7. Caring for Bubble puppy is cute, but the games aren't user friendly.

This is a lot of money to spend for an app that won't even open. It crashes just after we select my son's name tag. Very disappointing, especially since it has been so heavily advertised on TV. It is ridiculous and irresponsible to offer apps without guaranteeing they will work correctly.

App won't run past entering the kid's names. Tried the steps under support and none of them worked. Emailed nick jr support and they told me to get a refund through the app store but their instructions don't work for that either. Overall an awful experience.

Paid $7 and it won't load- don't waste your $$$!!! I have 2 other Nick Jr apps and they are fine. This one stinks!

This is a flop. I bought this app for my iPhone 5s and my iPad Air. It is extremely laggy and non responsive. It is extremely frustrating to watch my son try and play this game because he knows how to operate a tablet but nothing works the way it is intended. Do not buy.
