I do really like this fame but time every time I exit & come back later it's frozen. I have to restart my iPhone 5 constantly because of the glitch. Please fix it!

I downloaded this game from my laptop to my iPhone and it is frozen. I deleted it twice. Installed and still frozen. I like the game so please fix it
