I was playing earlier and won a box and never got the gift and I go to start the game and it goes back to home screen

After downloading it to my iPhone X (after my upgrade from my iPhone 7+) it won’t even open anymore ?
App keeps crashing

I reached over the 500 level and the game just all of a sudden froze. I closed it out and tried to open back up, it wouldn’t allow it. Finally I decided to delete the entire app and reinstall it and now all it does is keep crashing and not allowing me to access the game! I’ve had many problems with the game before this. It has taken my money and not given me my jewels, and just recently I decided to log on to fb with it and then log of and it removed all my coins and depleted my jewels. It also does not aim the bubbles where you are shooting them! I’ve spent a nice amount of money with the game and I extremely disappointed

Why isn’t the game loading anymore?? Please check it and fix.. fun game but just says Sync in Progress!! But it also just closes on its own!! I deleted it and downloaded it again and still nothing!! HELP PLEWSE!

I’ve played this game and was in the 700 levels. Two days ago I attempted to open the game. It would start “loading” and would suddenly close back to my tablet icon face. I deleted several times and redownloaded. But it does the same thing. It will not open past a few seconds of “loading”. What’s wrong?
