Fake App and no free products

Downloaded the app, created circles and piñatas, gained coins, used coins to “purchase” their swag and 1 month later and nothing. Got 1 email asking for shipping info then nothing. 2 weeks later they said they were “changing warehouses”. Literally 1 month since the initial “purchase”. Definitely a fake app with no use. Won’t be surprised if they sell your locations information to companies.

I knew this app was too good to be true. It doesn’t always count my time with my friends, and after I finally earned 100 points for the piñata hat, 2 weeks later I still haven’t received it. I am beyond upset and can’t believe this app is such a scam :(

I have gotten way past the hours required to receive an white bthere piñata hat and I have still not received my hat after confirming my address and email. I have put in multiple tickets as well. Still have yet to receive my reward...

Been almost a month and my husband and I still haven’t gotten anything in the mail after our coin “purchase”. We know people that did receive their swag a few months ago, but nothing now. Terrible.

I made up to 100 points in this app, which took me almost a month, spent it all on one of there hats. They emailed me asking for my name and address, I sent it and i never got a response, I sent a second email asking if I was going to get a hat, they completely ignored me. This app is useless if the whole idea of using those points is just lies.

The app has been okay. The chat never works but I do appreciate how it shows my friends location and I can get direct directions to where they are from it. However, don’t be marketing that you can get free stuff with your points and then never send the stuff! I have sent a total of three emails and twice they said my hat was on its way but it still hasn’t come a month later

Fun app but offers are still pending

I like the app because it’s always fun to ask my friends “Do you have your app open?” but I’ve only received my white hat even though I redeemed a black hat also.

Like the concept of the app- hanging with friends and being able to communicate plans. Just wish the app had never included rewards if they weren’t going to follow through. You won’t receive any of the “prizes” they include on the app such as the hats or sweatshirts. Looked forward to receiving them and it’s been almost a month and a half and they haven’t responded to my last two emails.

Fake app and safety concerns

I’ve been a user of the app for close to 4 months and I can assert that the chat feature never worked, the customer service is not responsive (you have to wait close to two weeks for a response, sorry guys that’s not gonna work) and that the app is fake. You’ll never receive any of the rewards that are earned contractually. In addition, the app doesn’t disclose how they use the data and in conjunction with the shady way the operate and the fact that they dogs this question in their customer service system, makes me wonder if it’s safe to store your data with them. I’m erasing my profile today and deleted the app from the phone.
