This app is terrible

The UI for this app makes no sense and it is impossible to figure out how to work anything. I can even look up stop codes. The bus system app has been terrible for years please fix this and make it simple to use please!
Full of bugs, not useful at all

This app needs major improvements!! Zero star!! It does not allow you to choose start and end of your trip as you want, and only works with "my location". What if I want to see the schedule between two stops away from my current location?!! It does not allow you to select stops based on code, so you have to type in the full name of each location. And by the way, why do adresses of the whole planet show up in the list? Does BT have service in Costa Rica or Argentina that I have to go through the giant list everytime?! Couldn't someone at least filter the adresses?! The keyboard will stay up if you tap anywhere else on the screen. It is so disturbing that you have to look for thay return button everytime you want the keyboard to go away. By the way, while you are dealing with all these "app development 101" bugs, you just missed the bus!!
Nice when it works, but it doesn't work often

In theory this is a nice app. I like the feature that lets you know when the next buses are coming at any bus stop. It is really nice when it automatically detects which stop is closest. Unfortunately this app only functions about 25% of the time, and otherwise can't seem to detect times, even when I have left it open for a while and have a strong cell phone signal. The "take me to x place" function is a complete fail. I can pull up a map that shows where I am but that isn't useful. I do have an iPhone 5s and everything on it is updated. Hopefully I'm not being penalized for not having an iPhone 6. Please fix this app!

This app never works, I've missed a couple of classes because of his stupid app.... Saving $1 for this nonsense is not worth it....

In theory the app is set up the way it needs to be, however it doesn't work right, and because of the app's innaccuracy, it has turned a 30 minute trip into an hour and a half of waiting for the bus. This app isn't worth your time.

Do not waste the space on your phone on this. It is completely unreliable. If had it for 3 weeks now and have never got it to successfully load anything without it crashing. In addition to that, when it doesn't crash it takes soooo long to load anything, so much so that the bus always gets to me before anything comes up. It's honestly just more clutter on your phone.

Just flat out doesn't work. Pickup times are unreliable, not that it matters since at least 50% of the routes don't even have pickup times listed. The app itself consistently freezes and crashes. Pretty stunning how useless it is

Don't bother downloading. Freezes, crashes, completely unreliable. BT website redesign is just as bad. Better off walking.
