I’ve only been playing this game a few weeks but I’ve gotten really into it. Today when I tried to play it spent hours trying to connect to a server, when it finally connected again it made me link to either my Apple ID (which it already was linked in my Game Center) or link to Facebook. After multiple failed attempts, I tried again to link to my Apple ID, it “found” me, but completely wiped all the work I had put in and reset the game. I will not be starting over and continuing to play the game.
Worse Customer Support Ever

The developers of this game don’t give a crap about bullying or cyber threats, I notified them several times with screenshots included about a players threatening me with finding out my IP and my home address to go and kill me in person, message with all kind of threats, bad words, everything you can possibly imagine, and the first time I told customer support they said they were gonna punish him for his behavior since he was breaking the rules, but nothing happened. Till this day I’m using a VPN to hide my IP because the developers don’t take seriously what’s happening, they ignore that cyber threats can become truth in real life, they just don’t care about the safety of the players that spend money in this game. The last message I got from them about this it was they couldn’t do anything. So this player is free is to do and say whatever he wants without any kind of consequences because the developers of this game are not gonna take any actions about this, regardless the age of the players. WORSE GAME AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER.

Don’t understand why huts can be far apart yet troops are dispatched from any of them without travel. Game allows too many multiple hits. Allowing big guys to pick continuously on weak.

Bullies apparently don’t get banned, only muted for certain amount of time. Support says they don’t tolerate bullying yet what is muting someone temporarily for MULTIPLE TIMES going to do? Obviously this game values money over bully. Don’t recommend this game.
Most blatant pay to win game ever

There is no way to be competitive in this game without spending literally thousands of dollars. They are so blatant about it they regularly run contests to see who can buy the most in game currency. Do your credit card a favor and try something else.

This game was quite enjoyable 2 years ago,but has turned so expensive that 98% of players cannot even compet3 in the server wars...it’s really sad
Fun game but you need to be a whale to stay current

I enjoy the game and have played for a couple years, but the need to pay to play has snowballed out of control. You need to be a whale or you are left behind in the dust. Customer support pretends to listen, but they don’t. It’s disappointing.

It’s getting tiring having to spend $3000 every month just to stay relevant in this game. If you are a new player. Stay away. This is one of the most Pay to Win games on the market.

Fun game but if you’re planning on being competitive be prepared to spend big. Every “special” event which seems to be weekly now takes a large investment to get rewards.
