I love your family approach and that is what I covey about your company. However the phone call to fix THIS PROBLEM took nearly 6 hours for 3 days. O going to recommend you guys and thank you for the final outcome, and i hope that the odd performance will be a fixable situation

Hey devs! So I downloaded this VPN back in 2018 and I’ve been using it ever since its absolutely great and I have it on my phone too it works perfectly..but recently it doesn’t connect (I’m talking about the one I have on my iPad) and I have great connection first I thought I have to update it so I did but it still doesn’t work and it worked perfectly before I personally love it and would recommend my family has this too but they don’t have the same problem as mine so could you tell me what should I do to fix this? Thank you
