App doesn’t even work but charges

I got to use the app all of two months before it started only taking me to the trailer and sign up page. Even created another account to pay from and nothing works, yet I’m continuously being charged monthly. Requested a refund for those unused months...we shall see.
Trouble downloading app!

Have tried for days to download app. Always say try again. Just cancel my subscription. Is there a issue?
Couldn’t retrieve my password

I was in the airport,connected to Wi-Fi and I couldn’t retrieve my most password.They were supposed to send me a link to change it but never did so I had a boring flight.I deleted the app and cancelled my subscription,but still gave you 2 stars.

You have took an away a lot of good movies that I had but in my settings to watch on my time why what happened to all the movies
Fix search engine

The search engine doesn’t work on the app. Scrolling through the whole movie list isn’t enjoyable and quite frustrating. I like the selections but fixing this would go a long way to making site and app much better
