many times made me wait outside for long time also many times it did not unlock the door for the delivery drivers and the friends! I don’t know what’s the problem with it!!

The app malfunctioned and everyone in our building got locked out ?. Also, what if your phone dies? I don’t understand why building management changed to this app. It’s very inconvenient.
Worst app ever. Just stopped working to get me into apartment facilities and gates after hours.

How stupid is that tap it just won’t open no error messages. Worst error handling I’ve ever seen. Been a computer programmer 37.5 years. Now couldn’t get into the fitness center this morning. The solution was just as horrible reinstall the app. Should never have to reinstall an app to get it to work. That was the 1980s solution for Windows apps delete and install it. Is a bad sign hasn’t been updated in 4 months.

It was good when it was working. It’s been 4 days and the app is still not responding. It keeps kicking me out. It’s been happening to everyone at our salon.

No longer functional as of a few days ago and no update. Apartments had to open all the security gates.
Locked In

App crashes every time I open it and I’m currently unable to get out of my garage to get to work. I constantly get poor connection notifications that delay me from getting out of the garage for up to 30 minutes at a time.
