I’ve updated my phone. Restarted my phone multiple times but the app will not even open. As soon as i click on it. It just closes immediately.
Needs to be fixed ASAP

My game will never load. Everytime I click on the app to open it, it automatically closes itself out and goes back to my home screen

I saw this and thought I needed to play it ASAP but after numerous times of reinstalling it would never let me even open the app

I have played this game off and on for two years. A few days ago I got back into playing and have really been enjoying it only to hit a wall that I can’t move past. I am at level 18 and completed the Beep Ball job only to exit the venue to find the job still in my que and no way to complete it (even though I have already completed it). Kyle Kane the man I’m supposed to talk to is not there and the venue I’m supposed to perform at is locked. I contacted customer service who gave me the runaround about things they “thought” could be causing it and when I told them that those things weren’t the source of the problem he responded back telling me that this game is no longer updated and they can’t guarantee smooth game play. So basically the game has been abandoned. So they’re letting people spend real hard earned money on a game that will quite being playable once you reach a certain level/job. I spent money on the game the other day before finding all this out and I have requested a refund but I’m not to hopeful about getting the money back based on other reviews here. The job I’m stuck on is the same one other reviewers are stuck on so customer service gave me the runaround even though they knew what was really wrong and just wouldn’t admit it upfront, probably because they still wanted me to play and spend money even though I can’t do anything but random appearances at restaurants. That’s basically the same as lying in my opinion. Falsely misleading people to continue playing, ie. paying, for a game that’s been abandoned. If you are still playing be warned when you reach the Beep Ball job assignment you have reached the end of your pop star journey. Britney should really have her name and likeness taken off this app because the dishonesty is making her look bad. I won’t ever play a game by this developer again.
