Need to allow channel browse & subscribe within app

KaZaK

Browsing brighttalks sight within mobile Safari is cumbersome, and I was unable to add more channels to my list. Please update the app to allow channel & topic search and channel subscription natively

Webcast type not supported

doogenhound

Downloaded app then clicked play and got webcast not supported. What's the point then? Deleted poor designed app

Not supported

I have an IPad 2 and it said that the webcast was not supported. How crazy to have an IPad app and its not supported by IPad, deleted the app.

Good idea,but...

The problems with webinars is not being able to attend at the schedule time. As a UX researcher I love the idea of being able to watch my RSVP webinars and to watch past webinars in a data base in a convenient app. However, BrightTalk makes it difficult. As a webinar app, I would assume, the main function would to be able to Play webinars and search and download webinars. However to find webinars to download its hidden in My Settings, and its a link to the BrightTalk website, which is not mobile responsive. In the website there is no clear way to add the video to the App. After fumbling around I found that you need to subscribe to a channel and not a specific video unless RSVP on the website, which seems to have a long loading time on a mobile device. Love the idea but the development team should of watched a webinar about mobile best practices.

Pretty much useless

Buffnstuff

On all the videos that I want to watch keeps displaying the error message webcast not supported. The video is available online but not on here.

Having a lot of webinars online or offline this app is very useful for me recommended it for everyone interested for technology, cyber security, mobile security and so on.

Not a good experience

Ted.Brown

Today, I downloaded the app and registered for an account. Observation 1-if you enter invalid credentials in the app, the app crashes instead of informing the user Observation 2-in the app, the channel list does not populate and it is not clear how to get access the information Observation 3-while working in the app, my iPhone crashed and rebooted

Love the content but the app stinks

Kwidgebo

I love the BrightTalk content but the app stinks. Only very basic video playback--no picture-in-picture support, no playback rate support. I want to listen to webinars in less than an hour, up to 2x if the audio quality is good enough.

Cannot lock the device and play audio

Kwidgebo

Despite having great content, this app is almost useless.
