Was it worth the money?

Magdalena Slowikowski

I think it was not worth the money because Bricasso 2 is free and has much more variety of colors .Bricasso 1 is 1.00 and has less colors to pick from. But I think it is a great game which deserves some respect. In the future I would like them to add -a infinite world which you could build on -a page were you can view other people’s builds -a bigger variety of colors and blocks to use

Great game, but needs some work

This is a awesome game and is awesome to play but I feel like it could be improved, possibly add presets to build off of, make it easier to control the blocks, but other than that, it’s a great game

Broken on my 6s

jellyfish_eats_hamburger?

I love this app. I use it for “prototyping” smaller Lego builds and components for my larger creations. Works perfectly fine on my iPad (latest gen) and on my old phone. However, on the 6s I am currently using, the menu accessed by the gear button is not working properly at all. The only pop up option that comes up is “c...” and tapping it just dismissed the menu. Also, the photo export button evokes the same “c...” menu and the sharing options don’t appear at the top of the screen although the text and menu outline is there. I perfectly understand if you don’t fix this issue as you’ve already moved on to Bricasso 2 (considering purchase) but it’s annoying all the same.

great

Getting a lot of enjoyment out of this first version, and while it can surely go a long way from here, it's very promising and well done. the execution is very fresh, it feels much like real lego. Currently you can only stack on top, so if you want a part hanging underneath a ledge, you're not gonna be able to do it yet. the parts currently available are limited to 1x, 2x, and round bricks and plates, x2 slopes and x3 slopes, a few free floating wheels and a couple of small tiles. parts already placed in the model cannot be changed in color without replacing, and the example models are a good example of the current size limitations But I definitely recommend buying this app.

Great!

A very fun LEGO builder, however it is quite limited as detailed by the review below me. In addition to those changes, we should be able to use Technique pieces, and there should be an option to save/name models as well. I would love to see the developer add these changes and many more types of pieces, as well as get rid of the border and height limitations. I would also like to be able to remove the initial flat palette block, and when we click "Screenshot," it should remove the tool bar from the photo. As much work as this needs, I am thoroughly enjoying this first version, and everyone who loves LEGO blocks should give it a go!

This is the one

If you are a fan of Legos at all, this app is almost exactly what you want. If you can't afford the dollar, put one of your kids up on eBay, because the other kid will love you forever for buying Bricasso. The controls are close to perfect. My 4-year-old took to it immediately, with no instruction whatsoever, and built the coolest wintery wonderland I've ever seen. The reason I say "almost" is due to the fact that it could use some additional features, so please buy the game so the developer can update it accordingly. You won't be sorry.

Takes me back

At first I thought "yeah right" this one is just like all the others, a few builds then done. Boy was I wrong this is the most innovative app I have seen so far, great job and I hope to see updates in the future thanks!!!!!!

A great start.

I would like to see an iPad native version as well as the iPhone/iPod version. A wider variety of bricks, and a way to save builds for tinkering would be nice as well. I'm sure that if it were possible to import or export the LDD files, that there would be those who would love that. Maybe it could export a list of bricks, instead of the full LDD file? For myself, I think the ability to creatively "sketch" a build and keep it in a library would be pretty darn good. The ability to set scenes that stick, or are just simple color fields would be handy too. It's a good start, easy and intuitive. Keep up the good work :)

Love love love this app. If you love Lego grab this app right now. The controls are great and it's easy to jump right in and start building. I agree with other reviewers that with some updates this could be better than best, but it's a great start, so forget those laggy other block apps and pick this one up. Just one more thing to the developer, please please give us just a blank background choice that we can change the color of, the scenes are great I would love the option to have no scene at all. update: After tinkering around with this app it simply the best Lego app around and very easy to use, really needs a save option, more and different pieces and one more thing, the small round pieces and cylinders should be able to be placed in between the nubs on the bricks like a top cap instead of only being able to place them directly on the nub. please take this into consideration for an update. Finally, all lego junkies pick this up, it's great despite a few hiccups. 5 stars for Lego look, feel and style. Hopefully updates are on the way soon.

Best Lego app

Mr.dang

This app is very well made, however it should have more pieces and there should be a place to save your creations. Even without those features the app is the best Lego building app I've seen. I hope they make and updated to include those features.
