The worst of the worst
PDFs all day
A truly awful app that insults readers while it annoys them. Stop pretending that you have an app. While a real app would be best, I wouldn't be so annoyed if I just got a PDF of the mag so I could read it using a decent program not designed solely to get more sales while avoiding any utility for the reader. But this is worse than that because it does nothing right. When did you ever see any app for presenting written content that didn't remember where you were when last reading? Didn't let you search? Didn't let you create bookmarks that you can find by searching? Come on, guys. Put down those beer mugs and sober up before you try to release an app!
From bad to WORSE!

So this latest update is worse than the last one. I had to delete and reinstall over 5 times the last version, before I could finally access the purchased issues. I had no problem downloading the latest issue as a subscriber, but a few in-app mag purchases gave me problems. So I go into the app today and see there was an update. Looks promising, they say they addressed stability issues. Mistake #1: I purchase another .99 cent issue. Go to download it and it just sits there. Mistake #2: I delete the app and reinstall, thinking this would work and I'll just re-download my issues. So now it just spins on my subscribed issue, and it spins on the one I bought today, and it won't download a previously purchased issue. This is a terrible app. Now I have to try and get my money back. Stay away from this POS app.

I read the free issue they give you and enjoyed it, so I purchased two more. One downloaded right away but the other kept saying I need to purchase it. A day or so later I get a receipt from Apple for the two issues I bought, except one of them was the wrong issue. No big deal, or it wouldn't have been if I could get it to download. Every time I try I get the spinning wheel of death. NOT recommended.

Since the last update, it takes forever just to open. I can't purchase any issues. The app hangs and crashes constantly.

Doesn't load purchases. The program hangs- not sure that it recognizes signon and passwords. I can't recommend spending the space on the iPad to download, let alone purchase an issue.

LOVE the magazine, but the app is terrible. Can't get purchased magazines to download, just spins and spins.
Paid for content and I can't access it

Paid for a magazine and it won't open. Tried to let it load on wifi for hours. This was a bad experience.
Nothing but problems

Difficult to download purchased products. Seems to hang forever and never downloads purchased materials. I've bought 3 editions but could only get one to download over the past two weeks.
