I love the app and have been using it for a good while, however the most recent update made it so I can’t log in.

Is not letting me login or reset my password. Time after time, only a second after I push the button to yes, register the device, it logs out. Please fix!!!!! I wish I could give it no stars at all.

With the recent update form yesterday, it won’t allow me to log into my account. It allows me to type, but as soon as I submit, it removes my information and doesn’t do anything or say anything.

I absolutely love this app. I have found it to be very user-friendly. I love the alerts that I can set to help prevent fraud. The transaction alerts come through before I even have my wallet put back into my purse. I also like that I can temporarily block my card if needed and manage my travel notices. I recommend this app for anyone that has a ShazamChek Debit Card.

I used to love this app because of the touch ID. But now that no longer works and I can't even sign in anymore! I don't know what you've done with the last update but I'm not impressed by it at all. Please fix this issue and I'll update my review. Until then I'm locked out ??????

I feel like this app should allow you to see your transactions. I always forget to check this app daily and when I get paid I never know what I get paid as I don’t have paystubs.

Noting good to say about this app at all!! Maybe instead of changing the name update it to an app that’s more with the times!! I think it’s rather archaic and down right pathetic that an app that I’m sure cost a lot of money to operate can’t provide a up to the moment account balance for checking and savings accounts, can’t transfer money from the app, can’t pay bills without going through hoops and bounds.

Scary that this App has access to my financial information. Unable to change the password that was sent to me although the system requires you to change it to continue. username field is locked with the incorrect info. This lack of functionality is causing me to seriously consider changing banks!...on the other hand, if I can’t access my own information should be impossible for someone else, right?...

Yeah can’t even get past the set up since with app will not let me enter a phone number so now I’m a little bit screwed and unsure what my bank account looks like.
