Great time saver

Breezeworks has saved my business time and helped me make more money. The drive time notifications are a really nice touch. Invoicing is simple enough to use and I'm looking forward to having my own logo on the invoices I send to customers.

I signed up. Love the system. Been using it for about 3 weeks. Just loaded it on the iPad to find out it is not optimized for iPad. Seriously? Hurry up guys you are onto something here but NEED A proper iPad app.

I’ve been using Breezeworks since 2014, all I can say is it always gets better. I will always be a customer. I can run my business professionally and I must say my customers also love it. I will just save this, every detail of operating my business is now totally organized and I am a very organized person. Becky has always been there to answer my questions and she is the back bone of the company, i’m sure they already know that. I totally rely on Breezeworks and it has never let me down.

I am not as pleased with some aspects of the recent modification as the old version, but I still love this app. I used to be able to enter all of the items of a new job in one shot - location, date, time, and notes. With the updated version, I need to save the job before I can add a note. For me, the note is as important to the job entry as the date and time are. As well, I would cut the job details from my email or text message and paste it into the note. Then, I would easily read and enter the date, time, and location/client information from that note. The inability to do this now is not a major drawback - it just isn't an upgrade, either.

We have three el ctricians doing mostly service calls.. Tried a few different apps and this one seems to work the best for us. The new design makes it quite easy to see who has free time on a given day.Being able to draw on photos and send them to customers is a nice feature as well. One thing i would like to see is a way to create estimates for customers

It was an okay app and it helped my business. Now it's WAYYYY to expensive. I don't need the added monthly cost to my business when I have to pay for a domain, website, insurance, license, and now breeze work. Nope sorry I'm deleting the app, hopefully they read this and come to their senses. They have been annoying me by email asking what I think well this is what I think. It's not worth the money.
