Camera on the breeze is great. My biggest problem is the WiFi loses connections a lot. Sometimes at 40-50 feet. It also doesn’t warn you when signal is going. I fear the drone coming down on a car. That being said I am just very careful with it and didn’t expect great range for a WiFi drone. The controller is helpful but like many others I wish it controlled camera pitch as it’s supposed to. I have a lot of fun with this drone and will be upgrading to the Typhoon H to get the shots I want.
Bad battery and customer service

So, my wife bought me this drone for Christmas. I flew it twice and put it away for a few months. When I broke it out again, one of the batteries won’t charge. It had only been charged twice since its initial unpacking. I called customer service yesterday and the hold time was 87 minutes. I waited on hold until the recording said hold time would be 11 minutes. Then the hold time went to 79 minutes. Not acceptable. I hung up and called again choosing a different department. Eventually somebody answered and said basically I would need to buy a new battery because the messed up battery was indeed messed up. I said that it was only charged twice, she told me again that I could buy a $60 battery for a $180 drone. Guess I’ll use only one battery and not give these folks any more of my money.
App Crashes when attempt to use remote

Using iPhone 5, when attempting to use remote, it crashes. Can never open the remote part of the menu. One star is for ability to still use with iPhone alone but with significantly shorter range.

I ignored all the bad online reviews. First flight lost WiFi at 80ft. This would become commonplace. Drone completely shut off once at 100+ ft which is about as high as it will go without loosing connection. Crashes to the ground and exploded apart. Junk junk junk. Do not buy!! Tried to upload flight logs to customer service and keeps saying server error.

Bought a breeze 4K drone tried to register the drone says network errors try to calibrate my drone says insufficient battery to complete and the battery is fully charged drone won’t take off when I slide to confirm take off it just sits there horrible app and I want my money back they say this is the easiest drone to fly well I’m flying one now that was way easier to set up fix your stuff guys come one !!!!

It’s a pretty decent drone. BUT what makes it bad is that they company seems to never be there to help! I had/have a few issues with my drone some easily fixed (by myself) and others I’m still calling in about (I usually have to wait 40 minutes to 2 hours for help). As far as I can tell the camera isn’t as nice as I thought (but I’m also keeping in mind that because I’m unable to log in my photos/videos don’t save to review the actual quality). 1. I had an issue registering through the app. I was able to create/register by using my old android (I have an iPhone now) by connecting to my home Wifi since the service is off on that phone. BUT still receive network error when trying to log in on my iPhone. 2. I was not able to calibrate the drone, things like battery is at 20% or insufficient battery kept popping up. For this I simply turned off my cellular data usage for THAT APP ONLY (go to that app in your settings, and turn it off - I believe this is for iPhone and android users) you should be able to calibrate it after that. And lastly 3. For some reason I’m unable to connect my remote to my phone. I’ve did everything right but still seeking help for this. So this may be an issue if you buy this drone. Hope this helps! ??

Bought this drone yesterday, down loaded the app and can’t even use my new toy, when you register, enter email and create password, hit next and a “network error” pops up!! This app hasn’t even been updated in 10 months? Super disappointing.
