This is the greatest app for relaxing. Working late hours and being wide awake laying in bed, just a short meditation and I'm so relaxed and ready for bed-I couldn't ask for more!! Love it

Free for first week of meditations then you have to pay a monthly fee. I signed up for one month ($12.99) and if I keep up with it, I will purchase the 2 yr Plan which is only $5 a month. I haven't tried any of the specialty meditations yet but I am enjoying the daily meditations!

Sleepy in Ok
I bought this to help with mindfulness and love it! I bought the 1 year subscription after a week of using the free because I could already see the benefits and wanted to explore more. If you are new to meditating like me, this is the app to get!

As you need to pay for almost all the "meditations" which they do not inform you of beforehand this is deceptive. As far as I can tell the "meditations" consist of a woman speaking in a soft voice, presumably to relax you. Not meditation. I deleted this.

I looked into many apps but this one was really worth it. I strongly recommend to try it. You will definitely feel confident to meditate.

Liked what I saw in the reviews and figured I would give it a try. But I had to delete it because I'm actually MORE tense after using it than before. Why? The lady NEVER shuts up! Its one thing when she's helping with breathing and actually guiding you but when dhe says crap like "focus on bringing yourself to the present"? It actually kills my concentration and destroys any chance of meditation and it wants me to PAY a ridiculous amount of money to use more than 1 meditation pack? No thank you. There are better programs out there.
