A friend recommended this app to me. I was going through the steps the first time I opened it and without even realizing it, the exercise was QUITE effective. I wasn't even in a particularly stressful state, but the focus and breathing technique quickly put me into a very relaxed state of mind. Since then, I have used it in a variety of situations and gotten great benefit from it. A very handy tool to have before a meeting or a date. Always in your pocket and 60 seconds can go a long way.
