For such a large network, this app is trash and frustrating to use. Every time a new episode starts in a series, i have to restart my phone to get it to cast the next episode. It rarely works properly on my laptop and is full of ads. Very frustrating to the point where I gave up on putting in the hard work to be able to binge watch Below Deck.

Live never works

I feel like since NBC merges their apps together on one platform the live tv never works .... this goes for USA and bravo- not sure the others. Soooo annoying!!!

Why does it skip seconds on the streams

Watching real housewives of Atlanta I keep noticing the episode skips a few seconds ever few minutes. I’m missing out on stuff on the show

Playback error frustrations!

On iPhone and iPad I get playback errors ‘try again later.’ Super frustrating since I’ve linked cable provider... The app is essentially useless! ?

The app simply does not work on Apple TV. It will load and you can see all the content, but every time you click on a show there is an error message “video cannot be displayed”. None of the usual troubleshooting tips help (logging out, deleting and reinstalling etc). So frustrating.

Can’t watch anything

Literally can’t watch any episode of any show because when you click play it says error please try agin. No matter how many times you retry it still doesn’t work.

So slow!! If I go out of the app and come back in it stays frozen. Then to have to exit the app completely only to get back in for it to not load at all!! Freaking ridiculous!

I love what the app offers, but there are some bugs. It seems to crash if I pause it during an episode. This happens with multiple shows.

This app provides a lot of entertainment and a lot of frustration. If you pause a show it will not restart. You have to exit but it does restart from where you left off. Also the last several days it says the video is not available and to try back later. I have tried signing in and out and also tried other wi fi areas. Anyone else had this problem?

Overall the app is very user friendly. My only negative is that it doesn’t hold your place in the shows as well as other apps like HBO for example.
