Branch is a great app because it allows coworkers to connect in a professional and easy way. The app layout is great and extremely user friendly so it’s rather easy to get the information you need and provide information to others! I would recommend for most businesses to use.

When I accepted a shift, and it got approved, it was added to my scheduled shifts but not from the coworker I took the shift from. Then someone grabbed my Friday shift, but I did not have it removed from my scheduled shifts when it was approved. There were no email receipts either.

This app helps me know when I have to work at all times. It is very convenient and you can change your hours or request time off right inside the app. You also can post when you need to swap shifts with somebody, it makes the work place much easier!
Lack of up to date information

When the schedule is changed the app doesn’t update the schedule. This is going to cause staff to have incorrect info about the schedule.

I really like this app! It’s easy to use and easy to pull up and look at! I like to be able to see who I am working with and what I will be doing that day! Makes me fee prepared for the shift that I work, and I can send screenshots to the families that I babysit for and they can see what days I am working! I think this app will help us be more organized!
