Content in this app includes:
(1) Animations and illustrations.
(2) Dozens of 3D models of nervous structures, along with a limited number of models from other body systems.
(3) Definitions and pronunciations for over 1,000 anatomical structures of the nervous system.
(4) Descriptions of more than 25 common diseases.
What you can do with this app:
(1) See structures of the nervous system in 3D. Study any structure’s name and pronunciation, or read about its function and common diseases.
(2) Quick access to 24 preset views. Customize these views by adding or dissecting any nervous structures. Save or share views.

In general this app is to basic for a med student. The Peripheral nerves are great for viewing 3D and how they relate to other structures. But the brain component of it is terrible! It only has the most basic structures (pons, midbrain, medulla, etc) for instance the thalamus is not subdivided by nuclei, I was hoping to find a 3D version of the brainstem with all the cranial nerve nuclei, I wanted to find the substantia nigra but it wasn't there either. Would be great if you could be more detailed with brain structures, or make sure to market it not for med students.
This app simply doesn't offer the details we should expect from a single system focused app. I have the full Visible Body and would have expected either this to be clearly identified as a component contained within the larger app, or as a more detailed version. Failed on both counts.
This is a good app but needs the capability to add and save pins to be great.
Lots of detail packed into this wonderful app. Definitely makes learning about the anatomy more interactive.
Its decent app and really put the 3d model to good use If you want really detailed structure and landmarks Just buy "real" textbook sobotta, netter, etc
One more perfect and professional app from visible body. This is such an amazing and unbelievable app. The illustrations are super clear and the explanation is so detail. So valuable to those who concern to medical
A five star app with an awful lot of information about the human body. Ideal for physicians.
Its astonishing how you can fit so much medical information in just an app you can use on your phone/tablet. This is just perfect for those who exercise the profession.
A must-have for doctors. The perfect substitute for old books and magazines.
