Used correctly, it works fine

Jrc323

You need to read the on screen instructions. Manually set the unit first, then you can make adjustments through the app.

Control the smoker??

upste.'

The app doesn’t work like it’s supposed to. I cannot change time, temperature, or really do anything but see the status of the smoker. Maybe it’s an iOS update issue, but the app doesn’t work like the marketing material says it should.

Horrible Design

CDM85252

The app used to work, but was poorly designed. Now the new app doesn’t work at all. You are going backwards Bradley!

Was Functional

Sapodaca

When I first started using the App, it was much more functional until an update a year ago. Tried to smoke a turkey and had to finish in the oven because once a message pops up with a warning it doesn’t resume unless you power cycle. Hope they fix it... my old Bradley was 10x better.

Not bad, tricky to use

EvanErwee

I saw many complain that they can't use the app to control the device. This is not true for timing and temperature. There is aspects you can control. The trick is to switch on the box and ensure nothing is on. Then you can use the app. Otherwise the functions will be grayed out.

APP DOES NOT WORK

Physiquebuilder

The ISMOKE App does not work with ISO 14. I purchased this smoker for this reason. Not very happy with Bradley right now due to this and the fact the Bradley had to send me a new motor due to the fact it was defective the day I received it. James

Worthless, A Huge Ripoff

Frustrated Conservative

Smoker will connect to phone, and then I cannot start the smoker. I’ve tried everything.

App doesn’t work

Rrlogan

I can see the oven temp and the set temp but that’s it. I can’t change it on the app. All the meat temp indicator does is lets you put in your target temp. That’s it. Doesn’t show what the actual meat temp is. I don’t get it. This app needs a lot of work.

Wow, why even brother with an app?

Mack Bolan 77

This app looks, feels, and operates like a science fair project done by junior high school students who belong to the computer club. Clumsy and awkward to use. I can spit further than the bluetooth range. I keep having to reset everything when I want to do something simple like adjust the cook temp or smoke time. If you had the misfortune to buy a Bradley you’re stuck with this third rate app.

I agree with Mack Bolan 77

Ricky_Ambrose

Pretty much everything that Mack wrote is true with one exception…now the app can’t even find my smoker when I’m sitting right beside it!
