As soon as I set up my app they requested every receipt. Don’t punish me for using technology for your benefit. Auditing documents should be equal among all members whether they use the app or not.


App shuts down when attaching documents

It would be nice if the app didn’t shut off or restart so much. This happens often when attaching photos through the camera and also when uploading receipts from existing photos. When it works I like it but it’s frustrating because it often doesn’t.


Login problem with iPhone XR

Every time I put in my username and hit log in, it closes the app. I never had this issue until I upgraded to the XR.

My only issue is the same as another person reported: the same notification from April 2019 comes up every time I log into the app.

Every login I get a denial notification that I have looked at dozens of times. It won’t disappear. Just so happens the request was a denial that the identical type of visit had been honored many times before, which brings me to the terrible inconsistency of this company. From time to get reimbursed, to what required more documentation to the general knowledge of the people staffed to answer phones... horrible. I have had to watch submissions so close over the years, I feel like I should be on their payroll.

If you add the picture and realize you put in the wrong amount, you have to go back and change it. In doing so, the app removes the photo you’ve already attached so you have to attach it again. Previous screen does not mean undo!

I can get messages to disappear when I open the App even though I’ve read them 50 times already. Annoying.

Can we please have an option to revert to the prior version or at least one that doesn’t have points accumulating as if I’m playing a game? I have no use for a financial app that attempts to motivate me with a points system. Also, I would provide my insurance company if there weren’t so many blues plans in the nation, it’s really impossible to know the right one to choose. I would have to also suggest that you make the phone number option more secure and prefill appropriately when you are trying to sign up people for text notifications. It put my home number into the field with incorrect spacing, and returned an error message without help when I needed to backspace the bad data you put there. And that was all in the first 30 seconds of me accessing the app. Couldn’t write a review fast enough. I’m sure I’ll be happy with the features once inside the app, but I had to skip all the up front “helpful” profiling steps. Thx!


The one things would make this better

I want to be able to dismiss messages once I’ve read them. Every time I go into the app I get the same messages at start up.
