Works great for training, sparring etc. plays over music when on bluetooth but only when the bell rings and 10 second warning. The app is good af!

It's an awesome app and helps a lot with training. I just wish I could customize my rounds. I would like the option to make 4-5 min rounds. Then the app I think would be perfect. Also the music in the first 15 seconds lol. But great app!

I don't care for customization and over thinking an app. What I'm into is keeping it simple! This app does that! I'm just getting into competitive boxing and this app simply and painlessly got me doing full workouts with a push of a button. DING DING DING! Get this app and get training!
